Mental health - patient reported experience measures
Mental Health Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) (MP) is a subgroup of indicators within the HCQO database and provide data on patient experiences with inpatient and community-based mental health services. PREMs are a key dimension of healthcare quality, capturing how individuals living with mental health conditions experience care and promoting the delivery of person-centred care. The database includes indicators on patients’ experiences of being treated with courtesy and respect, having enough time with care providers, receiving easy-to-understand explanations, and being involved in the decision-making of their care and treatment.
