Public service leadership and capability - 2022
<p>The 2022 OECD Survey on Public Service Leadership and Capability provides practitioners, academics and civil society with an overview of central and federal administrations’ practices across OECD member countries on mobility, flexible working arrangements, and learning and development.

<h4>About this questionnaire</h4>
<p>The content of the 2022 database was collected using an online <a href="https://webfs.oecd.org/governmentataglance/Public%20employment%20and%20management/2022%20OECD%20Public%20Service%20Leadership%20and%20Capability%20Survey%20(Modules%204%20and%205).pdf" target="_blank">questionnaire</a> and a <a href="https://webfs.oecd.org/governmentataglance/Public%20employment%20and%20management/2022%20OECD%20Public%20Service%20Leadership%20and%20Capability%20Survey,%20glossary%20of%20terms%20used.pdf" target="_blank">glossary</a> was also provided.

<p>The 2022 dataset provides information on the following topics:</p>
<p><ul>
<li> Module 4 – Mobility and flexible working arrangements</li>
<li> Module 5 – Learning and development</li>
</ul></p>
<p> The 2022 database comprises responses from 37 OECD countries<sup>1</sup> and the data refers only to central/federal government practices as of 1 January 2022. Respondents were predominantly officials from central human resource management administrations. The content of the database draws heavily upon self-reporting from governments representing the country’s own assessment of current practices and procedures. </p>
