WBL: Legal Framework, Work, The law prohibits discrimination in recruitment based on marital status, parental status, or age

The indicator assesses whether the law prohibits discrimination in recruitment based on the following: (1) marital status; (2) parental status; and (3) age. Partial score of 0.33 is assigned to each of the three underlying components realized. The total indicator score is the sum of component scores, capped at 1.
