WBL: Legal Framework, Work, The law prohibits discrimination in employment based on gender

The indicator assesses whether: (1) the law prohibits employers from discriminating based on gender, or the law mandates equal treatment of women and men in employment; AND (2) the law does not prohibit discrimination in only one aspect of employment, such as pay or dismissal. Score = 1 if both conditions are met; otherwise, score = 0.
