WBL: Supportive Framework, Mobility, A policy or plan considers women’s mobility needs in public transportation systems

The indicator assesses whether a policy or plan address the following: (1) recognizes women’s needs in accessing and using public transportation, and (2) sets specific objectives and targets associated with women’s transportation needs. Partial score of 0.5 is assigned to each of the three underlying components realized. The total indicator score is the sum of component scores, capped at 1.
