WBL: Supportive Framework, Work, A national government plan or strategy focuses on women's access to the labor market
The indicator assesses whether there exist a national government plan or strategy which includes the following: (1) measures to increase women’s access to the labor market; (2) institutional arrangements to monitor the implementation of the plan or strategy; (3) result targets and indicators. Partial score of 0.33 is assigned to each of the three underlying components realized. The total indicator score is the sum of component scores, capped at 1.
