Change in teachers' statutory salaries over the career

<p>This dataset contains indicators to change in statutory salaries of teachers over the career. It covers full-time teachers in public institutions in pre-primary, primary and (lower and upper) secondary general education.</p><p>The default table displays data the ratio of salary at the top of scale to salary at the start of the career and on the years to reach salary at the top of scale with the most prevalent qualification to enter the profession. The selection can be changed to display data by qualification level of teachers (minimum qualification to enter the profession or the most prevalent to enter the profession).</p><p>Additional details regarding sources for data and the methodology used and specific notes for countries can be found in the accompanying document <b>Sources, Methodologies and Technical Notes</b>.
