Trends in teachers’ statutory salaries since 2000

<p>This dataset contains a trend of statutory salaries of teachers since 2000. It covers full-time teachers in public institutions in pre-primary, primary and (lower and upper) secondary general education.</p><p>The default table displays index of change in statutory salaries of teachers in primary education after 15 years of experience with the most prevalent qualification at this stage of the career. The selection can be changed to display data by education level and by qualification level, and data in national currency.</p>><p>Additional details regarding sources for data and the methodology used and specific notes for countries can be found in the accompanying document <b>Sources, Methodologies and Technical Notes</b>.
