<p>The indicator measures the distribution of employed people aged 20-34 with at least upper secondary education, broken down by job tenure, work experience during studies, sex, age and educational attainment level.</p><p>Job tenure refers to the length of time an employee has been working for their current employer, measured in years.</p><p>Work experience during studies refers to work experiences at a workplace in a market or non-market unit (i.e. in a company, government institution or non-profit organisation) that were part of the curriculum of the formal programme that led to the highest level of education successfully completed.</p><p>The indicator is based on the EU Labour Force Survey (EU-LFS).</p>
