WBL: Legal Framework, Work, The law allows employees to request flexible work

The indicator assesses whether the law allows employees to request flexibility regarding the following: (1) time of work; (2) place of work. Partial score of 0.5 is assigned to each of the two underlying components realized. The total indicator score is the sum of component scores, capped at 1.
