WBL: Legal Framework, Mobility, A woman and a man have equal rights to confer citizenship on their spouse and children

The indicator assesses whether a woman has the same legal rights to confer nationality to the following: (1) her children, (2) her husband. Partial score of 0.5 is assigned to each of the two underlying components realized. The total indicator score is the sum of component scores, capped at 1.
