WBL: Legal Framework, Mobility, The law allows a woman to choose where to live in the same way as a man

The indicator assesses the following: (1) whether there are no restrictions in the law on a woman choosing where to live; OR (2) there is an explicit recognition of women’s rights to freely choose where to live. Score = 1 if any of the conditions is met; otherwise, score = 0.
