Demographic balances by type of projection and NUTS3 region (5-year aggregates)

<p>This data table shows the total numbers of projected births, deaths and net migration over 5 year periods as well as the exact total population on 1 January every 5 years to build the demographic balance for the regional population projections EUROPOP2025 (NUTS3 regions). Figures for births, deaths and net migration published under year (t) refer to the sum of all net migration over years (t) - (t+4), i.e.data published under&nbsp;2025 refer to the sum of births, deaths and net migration over 2025-2029.&nbsp;Regional projections for EUROPOP2025 were produced by the Joint Research Center with support of Eurostat, and are benchmarked to the national projection results of EUROPOP2025.</p>
