Outcome records whether the case study company emerges from the proceedings as a going concern (1) or its assets are sold piecemeal (0). If the business continues operating, 100% of the company value is preserved. If the assets are sold piecemeal, the maximum amount that can be recovered is 70% of the value of the company.
