DHS: Primary completion rate. Rural

Primary completion rate. Rural is the total number of rural students of any age in the last grade of primary school, minus the number of rural repeaters in that grade, divided by the number of rural children of official graduation age. The completion rate can exceed 100 percent if there are many overage students in the last grade of primary school.
