WBL: Legal Framework, Pension, Score (scale 0-100)

The Pension topic legal framework score measures differences in retirement ages, whether the law allows for pension care credits to compensate for a woman’s career interruptions, and whether the law mandates survivor pension benefits for spouses. It is calculated as the unweighted average of the indicator scores in the topic and rescaled to a 0–100 scale, where 0 represents the lowest possible score and 100 the highest possible score.
