WBL: Supportive Framework, Pay, There are pay transparency measures to address the pay gap or mechanisms to enforce equal pay legislation

The indicator assesses whether the following are in place: (1) pay transparency measures to address the pay gap; (2) enforcement mechanisms to ensure compliance with equal pay legislation. Score = 1 if any of the two conditions is met; otherwise, score = 0.
