WBL: Supportive Framework, Parenthood, Score (scale 0-100)
The Parenthood supportive frameworks topic score examines policies and practices that support the implementation of laws pertaining to parents’ ability to continue working after having children, including the ease of application and incentives for father’s leave and availability of data on women’s unpaid care work. It is divided into four indicators. It is calculated as the unweighted average of the indicator scores in the topic and rescaled to a 0–100 scale, where 0 represents the lowest possible score and 100 the highest possible score.
