WBL: Supportive Framework, Parenthood, Incentives are in place to encourage fathers to take paternity leave upon the birth of a child

The indicator assesses whether the following is in place: (1) fathers are entitled to paid paternity or parental leave as assessed under legal frameworks indicator; AND (2) there are incentives to promote fathers’ uptake of paternity or parental leave. Score = 1 if both conditions are met; otherwise, score = 0.
