WBL: Supportive Framework, Assets, There are mechanisms or incentives to encourage women to register immovable property

The indicator assesses whether: (1) there is at least one effective policy or program administered or at least partially funded by a public entity aiming to enable women’s access to property ownership or registration, which includes concrete action items designed to address the gender gap in property ownership; OR (2) the government offers incentives, such as reduced fees, subsidized services, or affordable registration programs, either specifically designed for women or stipulating joint titling.
