ODA deflators by DAC member

<p>This table contains deflators for resource flows for individual DAC Members from 1966 as well as the TOTAL DAC deflator, and the deflator for the EURO (EC).</p><p>The deflators include the effect of exchange rate changes and are therefore only applicable to US dollar figures.</p><p>The OECD uses the latest deflator to convert current prices to constant prices. The latest available base year used is the base year equal to 100.</p><p>The OECD applies the total DAC deflator to individual recipient countries and multilateral donors to calculate their receipts or flows in constant prices.</p>
