Recharging points for electric vehicles per power category

<p>This dataset presents the number of publicly accessible (public or semi-public) recharging points for road electric vehicles, by type of current (direct or alternating) and category of power, on 31 December of a calendar year. </p><p>All terminology and categories are derived from the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR) 2023/1804 (power categories are defined in Annex III).</p><p>A recharging point is capable of recharging only 1 electric vehicle at a time. A recharging point can contain 1 or more connectors of different types.</p>
