<p>The indicator measures the extent to which the field of the highest level of education successfully completed aligns with the current or last main job of people aged 15-34. The field of education is classified according to the ‘ISCED Fields of Education and Training’ (ISCED-F 2013). A field of education refers to the ‘Broad domain, branch or area of content covered by an education programme, course or module'.&nbsp;</p><p>The information is broken down by sex, age, educational attainment level and country of birth.&nbsp;</p><p>The indicator is based on the EU Labour Force Survey (EU-LFS) 8-yearly variables on "Young people on the labour market" surveyed in 2024.</p>
