<p>Innovation statistics from the Community Innovation Survey 2024 (CIS 2024) quantify the number of enterprises, their employed persons and turnover by innovation status, distinguishing innovation-active from non-innovation-active. Indicators are compiled by size class and by economic activity according to the Statistical classification of economic activities in the European Community, revision 2 (NACE Rev. 2), and express structural differences in innovation-related enterprise performance.</p>
