Gap in at-risk-of-poverty rates for children by educational attainment level of their parents (low versus high) - adjusted by prevalence of lower education
<p>The gap in at-risk-of-poverty rates for children (aged 0-17) by educational attainment level of their parents is defined as the difference between the at-risk-of-poverty rates of children with parents with a low level of educational attainment and those with parents with a high level of educational attainment. The gap is adjusted by the prevalence of the children with parents with a low level of educational attainment in the total child population. Low level of educational attainment refers to ISCED 2011 levels 0-2 and high level of educational attainment refers to ISCED 2011 levels 5-8.</p>
