Multinational enterprise groups employment by controlling country group size class, NACE Rev. 2 activity and country of work - experimental statistics

<p>Persons employed and self-employed in multinational enterprise groups by size class, controlling country, NACE Rev. 2 activity and country of work as recorded in the EuroGroups Register. The population includes enterprise groups with at least two enterprises or legal units in different countries, with at least one legal unit in an EU or EFTA geopolitical entity. Employment aggregates are classified by multinational enterprise group worldwide size classes [0–49], [50–249], [250–999] and [1000+], based on persons employed and self-employed.&nbsp;The controlling country is defined by the Ultimate Controlling Institutional unit. A common frame reference year and harmonised definitions of multinational enterprise groups ensures cross-country comparability.</p>
