<p> The indicator measures the share of people aged 18 to 69 who stated that they know at least one language other than their mother tongue by level of their best-known language and level of disability (activity limitation) (numerator). The denominator consists of the total population of the same age group and level of disability. Data stem from the adult education survey (AES). </p>
